Democrats continue to look for ways to discredit and remake the Supreme Court after the Dobbs decision replaced Rowe v Wade. They pretend as if abortions have been banned. The Justices did nothing of the sort. They simply ruled that the High Court had no business making policy decisions for which nothing in the Constitution provided them authority. Deception is always required when the truth is not on your side. It also helps when the media merrily trumpets the lies. …………….. A lack of representation by any group in any endeavor is often cited as evidence of discriminatory bias. But those who argue this way cannot show us anywhere in the world or any time in recorded history that all groups were proportionally represented in all endeavors. …………. The cry of racism has become a rationale to lower standards in nearly every facet of life. Big city Soros-purchased district attorneys have allowed crime to run rampant on the premise that such provides equity to minorities. However, how is that not racism when only an inferior race would require lower standards? ……………. Speaking of premises, we Americans should check many of the ones we have been led to believe. For example, if it is a code violation for a homeowner to block a public area but a homeless person is allowed to pitch a tent in the same spot, can it be argued that no one is above the law? If someone sits in jail for months or years awaiting trial, can it be argued that they were assumed innocent until proven guilty? If the government bans gasoline automobiles, the preferred transportation mode for 90 percent of the population, can it be argued that we are governed by consent of the people? If nonviolent January 6th protestors were forced to rot in jail while violent George Floyd rioters were released without charges, can it be argued that we abide a principle of equal treatment under the law? If 2 million illegal aliens are allowed to breach our border each year and shoplifters go unprosecuted, can it be argued we are a nation of laws? If government acts to censor speech, intimidate political dissent, curtail free assembly and the practice of religion, can it be argued we are free society? ……………. When there is no rule of law, no equal treatment under the law and governance is not by consent, it becomes imperative that we all understand and practice jury nullification, the citizen’s last stand against government tyranny. ……………….. With the ouster of Tucker Carlson, Fox News completes the leftwing stranglehold on the corporate media. Having abandoned true conservatives and libertarians, Fox News now represents the Karl Rove/Never Trumper/Rhino wing of the establishment “Uniparty.” Those seeking independent television news sources might check out Bill O’Reilly (The First TV) and Eric Bolling (Newsmax). Both are gaining viewership at a brisk pace. …………… It’s getting harder and harder to put lipstick on that government-mandated EV pig. According to JD Powers, electric vehicles sales are declining because of “persistent worries about charging infrastructure and vehicle pricing.” However, the fact that EVs are heavier, far more expensive to repair, more inconvenient to recharge/refuel, feature less range and less pulling power, operate poorly in extreme temperatures, are more difficult to tow, require strip mining and child labor to produce the batteries, and have a greatly depreciated resale value after just a few years of usage no doubt plays into the equation. After more than a decade of subsidies and shameless political promotion, EVs are becoming widely recognized as little more than an upper class virtue signal. …………….. Thinking about the demise of SF continually blows my mind. From showplace to hellhole in just one lifetime. San Francisco has become an incandescent monument to leftist governance. So why do residents tolerate drug addiction, homelessness and defecation on the streets, electing the same group of incompetents over and over? How is such squalor acceptable to the citizenry? Why do those who pretend to care about the planet’s environment in the long term not give a damn about their actual environment in the short term? Could the fact that only 7% of them are Republicans have anything to do with it? ………………… Neither our educational problems (historically low test scores) nor the propaganda problems (sexualizing children) can be solved without allowing parents the option to take their children out of the failing schools they are forced to attend. ……………….. 👉 Reminder: never forget that there are no redo buttons in life. We have only once chance to respond to each moment, opportunity and interaction. A thoughtful life is a fulfilling life. ……………
