The video is so perfectly true! That is why it is inescapably fatal in the long term to empower the gov't in any shape, manner or form beyond the limits set out in the constitution, as is failure to adhere to a strict constructionist application of it. Any other approach renders the constitution essentially meaningless; subject to judicial twisting, tearing, and outright deceit. The result is that the chains written into the constitution to bind down the individuals at the levers of gov't power from abusing it are broken, and gov't eventually degenerates into a "legally" sanctioned criminal enterprise. The power junkies profit financially, and more importantly, usurp even more power at the people's expense. Sound familiar?
